I don't like the underlying chime motif - although the composition of its nice, I don't like the instrument chosen for it. As the song progresses, I like the backing - it starts at around 1:30ish and goes into another melody interacting with the chime motif to create something slow and dramatic. That part I do like. I feel there's too much time where the chimes are just on it's own. I haven't played VLR so I don't know where this plays - I know 999 though, and this is a sequel to that.
