Lots of repeating motifs. There's one thing that ruins it for me - there's one motif which sounds annoying - sort of a spiraling glockenspiel noise. Not great. This plays a lot in the first minute, then not at all after that. However, the song loops twice, so that influenced how I saw it. The water noises in the background sound like a tap's running.
