Do you know this as a fact? Some might be hiding it or showing it in plain site.
In the past like 5 months, my job has hired I think about 8 or so people to my department, 3 of them being transgender of varying degrees.
So, it is pretty typical where I am for all different types of people...

let's not act like they are a bigger group than they really are most of us have probably gone our whole lives up to now without seeing somebody who is or could be transgender

and i doubt there will ever come a time where they aren't this super minority that's extremely rare to even encounter
