....so a comment like "Yeah They are so normal that anyone who has a social life can see that in their town or city" is pretty silly
A&W restaurants aren't on every street corner and those are normal.
I wouldn't consider a a&w normal. Don't think I've ever seen one. So if I ever did id probably think it was odd to see it.
You've likely already did see one, they're just easy to forget because they don't air commercials on Cartoon Network.
Pretty damn sure I haven't. And even if I have then they are an extreme rarity and thus not normal to see.

Once again pretty certain I haven't seen one. If I did I was a super young kid when I did. Also its not like I ever leave town either. once in awhile I do get around on top of the fact I've moved alot in life.
