Id rather be ugly and be able to do that than rich and attractive and famous and not be able to do that. Plus, I could always be that hilarious ugly guy. You still can. It really depends on what he means by small. And you can always use other aids. But with big, it could also be thick around. And if it's too thick, that also may make women say no. My main thing is also the attractiveness, though, I think. I would hate to be ugly. Haha. Being attractive lets you get away with more. And your partner may be willing to try more things.
