Topic	"NPC" is the dumbest redhat meme yet

Like I said it's just a new version of what's come before, except with a face. NPC = programmed responses NPC = Non Playable Character. I mean. And add to it that NPCs basically rarely say anything related to whatever situation they are in. They are just there for you to get tidbits about whatever environment. I guess generally in story parts they progress the story too.
