That could apply to many people from all walks of life, and it's not limited to politics by any means. Could be blindly believing everything your parents told you, everything you learned in school, everything doctors or scientists say, the media, the government, religion, etc. When it comes to a lot of things, the only thing you can really know for sure is that you don't know. Go into every situation with an open mind, not thinking that you already know the answer.
