I think I enjoy Spaceballs the most, and now that I remember things like Ludicrous Speed, and radar Jaming it definitely gets my vote. Blazing Saddles is good, but something about the pacing of the dialogue I find annoying. everything is said at such a slow pace for some reason. Young Frankenstein I think might actually be my favorite, but I think I'd like it a lot more if I watched the original Frankenstein first, which I assume it's parodying.
