Actually, I remember hearing a story about a black couple calling the cops because they thought a black boy in the backseat of a car was trying to rob the white ladies in the front seat. As it turns out, he was the grandson of one of the ladies. It was news for a little. At least where I was. It's still about race, but it was a black couple calling the cops on a black child... Zeus posted... That might be an argument had the woman not talked to him first. In fact, the story specifically mentions that she was trying to talk to the girl to hear it from her (which, tbh, is sensible move if you suspected kidnapping -- and that's why the cops did it themselves) but the man wasn't letting it happen.
