It feels so gratuitous but I like the concept of what they're doing and the character designs and the down-to-earth combat style of the Slayer. But I don't think I can continue watching if every episodes is... that graphic. Like, I don't normally mind some hard stuff, but have it be for a purpose. Berserk is pretty tough at times too, but it feels like it goes to 11 only when things really have to hit that point for the world.
