Yeah, I know most people don't give a shit about fast food jobs but god damn, how do they mess up order so much?

It's minimum wage unskilled labor. The people working there typically aren't the brightest people or they would be working better jobs.

You get what you pay for. Offer legit pay and benefits and watch the employees actually care. Would you give af if you worked 8 hour days and still had to rely on food stamps?

They don't deserve better pay. It's called unskilled labor for a reason. You could train a monkey to do the work. If they want better pay, they should improve their skillset and get a better job. I say this as someone who did work fast food while in high school and college. Fast food workers don't deserve more than minimum wage. Giving unskilled workers higher pay devalues the pay of actual skilled workers. If you want good pay, then go out and get an actual skill so you can do skilled labor.

Sometimes, improving a skill can cost money to train and such. But if they don't make enough money to improve their skills, then they're just stuck there...

That doesn't make unskilled labor worth more than minimum wage though. If someone isn't willing to improve their station in life and just wants to be paid more for doing an unskilled job, then fuck them. That's their own damn fault for not trying to improve themselves. Saying it is too expensive is nothing but an excuse. Yes, college can be expensive, but you can learn skills without going to college or spending a lot of money.
