Topic	I didn't get the Presidential Alert on my phone today.

I am careful about keeping alerts turned off anyway, too many times of my phone screeching at me about an Amber Alert 200 miles away (and usually cancelled as false an hour later). I have a neighbor who was looking forward to it and didn't get it.
