The most notable aspect of this track that stands out to me, is that weird audio filter placed over this that makes it sound like it was recorded underwater or something. It does sound a bit off, and normally I'd deduct a whole bunch of points for just that, but it kinda works in this one giving it a sort of cool sound to it. I dunno though, maybe it would be better without it, I can't say for sure. Really super-cool instrumentation in this, as expected from Go Shiina, especially digging that woodwind instrument 1:20 in. This is another one getting its high ranking from how much of a unique sound it has going for it.
