Seems like a waste of money to put in a urinal when there isn't anything separating them. Pissing in a toilet is better than urinal because splashback I also find that odd. That also reminds me of something that happened in basic training. I really had to go to the bathroom, and a MTI was yelling at some people behind me in line. He saw I really had to go to the bathroom and ordered me to go in(I had been waiting for a while). I guess he finished yelling at the others because while I was peeing(can't remember if urinal or toilet), the next guy in line came in. He mentioned that I was suppose to lock the door, but still came in and starting peeing(in either the toilet or urinal, but whichever one I wasn't using), as well... It was kind of odd.
