Now obviously im looking for stuff like bill 00000001 or a full solid of numbers but I mean this more something I havent found yet but shouldn't be super difficult

a web press note is only available in series 1988A, 1993 and 1995. And only certain runs in those series.

The standard method of printing currency is sheet fed intaglio printing. Web printing was an experimental technique of printing bills rather than being sheet fed its like a continuous roll of bills being printed. Ultimately they didnt stick with that, but you can find these bills out there in circulation.

They can carry a premium, most importantly two 1988A runs from the FRB of NY and Atlanta carry the most premium. These can go for several hundred a pop.

You can tell web press vs intaglio by looking at the plate number on the reverse of a bill. On an intaglio note(the vast majority of all US notes) the plate number is positioned under the E in "ONE" and on a web press note its positioned above the E.
