True, but honestly that felt more like
a mislead than anything in order to initially fool people into thinking that Erdwyn might be Erdrick. Especially since his companions also have classic DQ3 designs. They purposely released screenshots of them before release to make it look like DQ3 Erdrick was in the game lol---
