Topic	I wonder if Square lost the game assets for FFVIII

It's a very ugly mishmash. On top of that, they built in cheat codes to the menu to just gives yourself a bunch of spells and stuff. It's like they're tacitly admitting that the battle system is bullshit. Doesnt ff7 have a similar thing by giving you free stuff? In ff8(never used it) but all it gives you iirc is some basic magic.
