Topic	Didn't sleep well; having 9/11 flashbacks

On the subject: 23,000 civilians were killed, 26,000 civilians injured, and 3000 military killed in the London Blitz. And they rebuilt. 17 years later, the Twin Towers haven't been rebuilt. Are millennial Americans that much wimpier than 1940s Brits? Or has technology regressed so much that it isn't practical to rebuild famous landmarks? wasn't it decided to be made into a memorial rather than rebuilding it? which I thought was a stupid idea. rebuild the things and make the first floor a memorial. I felt that would have been far more ideal. Smfh, there's been a new WTC there for the past four years. oh. to be fair I haven't kept up with it. I live far enough away i'll never see it. and i'm not the type of person to pay attention to news that will have zero effect on me, thats even considering IF that news ever got put in front of me. edit: just googled it. says its not complete, but yeah they are building a new WTC there --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
