17 years later, the Twin Towers haven't been rebuilt. Are millennial Americans that much wimpier than 1940s Brits? Or has technology regressed so much that it isn't practical to rebuild famous landmarks?
wasn't it decided to be made into a memorial rather than rebuilding it? which I thought was a stupid idea. rebuild the things and make the first floor a memorial. I felt that would have been far more ideal.
