I've worked with people who would literally pop out the back door to smoke a joint during their shift. One of those guys taught me how to drive forklift. As long as they didn't make it too obvious, they got away with it, and the only couple of times I've seen someone get fired for it, it was because they were clearly fucked off their asses and weren't getting anything done.
