| coolboy11 08/22/18 7:06:06 PM #76: | "white privilege" is the basic concept that Society overvalues Whiteness and associates it with more positive attributes thus benefiting things seen as White/closer to whiteness , non Whites are viewed as 2nd tier and even when obtaining solid economic status are still more prone to things such as having to overpay to live in a ok neighborhood , overpaying on loans and discrimination in things such as the court system/more likely to be fired from said well paying jobs, secondly no society has ever eliminated poverty completely there are Whites who are poor because of mental health/ostracism/economic downturn, poverty has many diverse root causes and the existence of a white economic underclass does little to disprove the notion of white privilege, since the concept is that whiteness gets you treated better in American society not that you can't have some other issue that causes you to looked down upon. --- "A superhero in the flesh, even at my worst I'm the best"-Big KRIT ...
