The rates don't go up every level according to the rate display like they did last time, and I'm seeing a bunch of reports of garbage. Kefka is also getting 3 1%s on floors 7 and 8 (thought that was just me). I've used around 120 orb refreshes and about 1k lapis on refreshes at this point, and got 1 rare. Really, really bad. I'd say RNG is RNG, but pretty much the entire discord I'm on (not the official one) is having the same issue. --- FFBE IGN Zero, Whatever I have that best fits the current content.
