If I found you say, 10 stories about immigrants doing wonderful things for America, would your stance change to "let's open the borders laissez-faire", or in that case would you say it's ridiculous to use anecdotes like this? Nope, they're illegal and broke the law. Being born doesn't give you right to just come to America. Why should illegals get a free pass? And why should we have open borders and not verify and check and vet and control who we let in here? Which is a completely different conversation to the one this topic is about, which is summarily "see an illegal murdered someone, that's all you need to know about illegals!"
