Judge yourself against yourself. You're not other people. Look at what it is that you want and how to get there, don't worry about other people so much. Are their successes really the ones that you even want? Success is measured by the individual looking inward, what is success to me, isn't the same to you.

People are always going to appear staggered. If you feel that you're not doing enough, let the reason be because of your own healthy expectations of what self-improvement looks like. If trying to beat other people in life or reach their status just so you feel better is your drive, you'll never be happy because you'll innately seek out and notice people that are always a cut above.

Life is a marathon, not a sprint, don't think you have to be everything at once, fully accomplished. That's unreasonable and leads to massive burn out. Do what it is you want to do, no outside influence, and let that be your gauge of success.
