Newcomers and Returning Characters alike battle it out, with the winners earning the ultimate prize - our nominations for Character Battle X! Per NRT tradition, the Final Four of the Newcomers bracket will be on the nomination rally ballot. That means the winners of the two Newcomers matches today (not including the OT match) will be officially rallied by the NRT! (The Newcomers bracket will still continue onwards in case you only want to nominate the winner or the two finalists.) The Returners traditionally only got the winner of their bracket onto the ballot, but since we haven't had a characters contest in five years, I'm adding both finalists to the NRT's rally. (That round isn't happening just yet!) Rules 1 vote per user per match, no alts. Matches last exactly 24 hours (and not a second later!)
