Nobert presses down on the top of Evi's head while smiling eerily. "Haha, oh silly Annielee, are you by chance bothering our NEW FRIEND?"

Evi returns the hollow smile while death-gripping his wrist. "Ohoho, I would NEVER! I simply just," she twists his wrist, "LOVE all of my FRIENDS so MUCH!" she says, harshening the twist with every emphasis.

You stop walking. "Halt! Both of you, look up ahead!"

Your light shines upon some humanoid figures slouching and walking slowly away, towards the same way you're headed.

Evi's twisting becomes exaggerated. "OHOHO SIRE NOBRAIN I DO BELIEVE WE SHOULD, HOW THE COMMONFOLK SAY, RUNNETH THE HELL AWAY--"

Nobert covers her mouth. "Quiet you dumbass, we don't wanna be detected by whatever these things are."

The three of you slowly approach the figures. Their features become more and more distinguishable, revealing a severe lack of hair and...very formal clothing? They're wearing three-piece suits and office-wear. You're also able to now hear low moans coming from them, almost like...

"ZOMBIES!" screams Evi while nearly snapping Nobert's wrist.

Oddly enough, the supposed zombies don't seem to be affected by Evi's outburst as they continue to walk ahead.

You squint at them. "Are they perhaps not hostile?"

Evi lets go of his wrist and materializes her knives. "Are we perhaps ABOUT T'REALLY TEST THAT OUT?! They're flippin' zombies!"

They remain unfazed by Evi's shouting.
