If you intentionally hit a batter in an area that is not vulnerable - the butt, the thigh, the back then no one is making a big deal of this. Lke you might disagree, but like neon said. It's not acceptable at all, but it becomes much less not acceptable depending on A) where you hit him and B) why you hit him. The issue here is Urena clearly had intent to injure this guy for just being good at baseball.

What if the offending player had actually wronged someone on the other team in some more significant way, like getting into a physical altercation, or a fielder pegging a runner with a throw on purpose, or tackling a player and breaking his leg, or exactly what Urena just did? Is it still acceptable to throw at a player , in a less sensitive area, under these conditions? Maybe its not, but there might be a little more warrant to it.

also HEY LOLPHILLIES THE METS WON 24-4. The box score will show the phillies making 4 errors but there were at least 2 more misplays that didn't go down as errors.

Of course, you have many unearned runs that really should be earned too. Just because the would-be 3rd out would've ended the inning doesn't mean the home run that came later wouldn't have happened (imo, if there are 2 outs, and a player reaches base on error for what should be the 3rd out - that particular runner is unearned if he scores, but anyone subsequent should be earned).
