Topic	Quickly discovering 3 hours of sleep is not enough over multiple days

Fucking...when I get home from work it takes me a while to wind down and actually get sleepy, and then I have to wake up at like 8. So most of the time I only get 5 hours of sleep every day? I'm used to sleeping longer than that, it catches up until my weekend comes up and then I just crash.
