I've really hated watching them for a while now. The post matheny era has been by far the most enjoyment I've gotten out of watching them since 2015. Partly because they're playing well and partly because matheny had crushed my spirit so badly and the new guy Shildt is a million times better in a million different ways. We were all subconsciously rooting for them to lose under Matheny because we knew the team had no future with him in charge and now it feels like there's reason to be hopeful again.
