Because judges for those other contracts will most likely be a different judge then the family court judge. So, if by chance, you get a judge who throws it out for some reason, another judge might be on your side. But it would also depend on their living situation. Anyway, I believe if they sue for child support, he would be able to sue to get visitation rights.
