I mean, what funds are responsible for renovating their offices if not the state's? What's the full scoop there.

Without looking further into it though I also don't understand the vote spread. Loughry has the one renovation accusation against him and he passed by a huge margin. Davis though has both the renovation and the overpayment accusations, the overpayment one sounding especially damning, and she was barely passed for proceedings. They are different parties though, so I can only assume some tried to save their party-mate which is bull considering they share an accusation (enough for equal voting) but Davis also has the extra offense.

The Chief Justice's spread wasn't stated in the article for some reason, but she's the same party as Davis so I'm guessing she barely passed 51 votes too.
