I mean if it was factory sealed then yes this is a new copy. Technically though being as the guy bought it and wants to resell it it's been through another pair of hands thus second hand despite being factory sealed. Although as far as I'm concerned if it's factory sealed it's new and games get passed through many hands before they get to you anyway. I've bought many games on ebay or the like that have "factory sealed" in the advertisement.


Yes I use to buy them like that too. The only issue is sometimes scammers can make something look factory sealed but that's incredibly rare to do and hard to do also.

More like mildly above average games that are riddled with a metric shit-ton of bugs, that most people only really have very fond memories of because the community mods the holy hell out of them.

There really isn't anything exceptional or great about most Bethesda games, and almost everything they do someone else has done better at some point.
