no, they didn't.
and Bethesda Austin hasn't made any games, and aren't making any games currently. the one they were making was announced, then cancelled, all in a span of several months after they laid a bunch of employees off.
then in September of last year, the head producer left that studio.
they aren't doing anything with Fallout 76, either. they worked on Bethesdas creation engine and, along with id, helped create the net code to allow multiplayer in that engine to exist.
as for Bethesda Dallas, they really haven't done anything either. more than Austin, yes, but that's before they were bought by zenimax. they were all mobile games, with the rest being stuff they just helped work on.
