Topic	Bethesda threatened someone with legal action for selling their games -_-

Now I'm no big city lawyer, but it seems to me that if the man owned an unopened copy of a game and then tried to sell it then he'd be selling a pre-owned game. =p While I understand that, some people would rather buy a "new" version of a game. So, he wanted to get buyers to buy that. But while it was pre-owned, it was still basically new.
