I think the twilight period idea is interesting, but man have some of these posts been hard to get through.
Zams flip is going to tell us quite a bit. If he is a decent power then some of the people who sloppily protected him are probably scum instead of bad town.
If I die I would look at reactions of the claim before the counter.
If he is power look for people who buy him instantly with a shoddy reason (not those who give no reason, but rather feel obligated to give a reason)
If he is vanilla look for people who doubt him for little or no reason in an effort to look like they are bussing. Remember if someone lynches correctly every day they are scum not town.
