Topic	Survivor Crew Ranks The Survivor Seasons (Topic 2)

There are some players that wind up lower-key than others, but I think every single player contributes SOMETHING to the season. That alone is enough for a high ranking, but the quality and intrigue of the gameplay makes it even better. The first few episodes, while clearing out some lower-key characters, still have dynamic and unexpected tribal councils. Post-swap is just character moments galore. And then the end-game is crazy and results in some amazing characters making deep runs despite all odds being against them. Vanuatu is DEFINITELY one of Survivors strongest seasons, and the only real shame is how much Jeff downplayed it at the time. YoRyan: 4 - you almost couldn't write a better season than this from a storyline perspective eaed: 5 - Survivor Vanuatu should be number 7 if not for one thing and that it is my favorite winner in Chris. Chris is the one of those winners that was smart strategically and just fantastic on screen. Plus, he definitely kills it in final tribal and with his underdog story. There are also several great cast members for this season and it is the last true old school season: 2 tribes, 1 swap, no idols. And therefore, it is top 5 baby. darkx: 8 - No writeup DoctorBlind: 15 - Im pretty sure this is the season where I stopped watching the show the first time around. I feel like I remember watching the beginning, getting bored, and then quitting halfway through. If only I had stuck around! The winner has one of the best journeys in the history of the show. FBike: 15 - It is at this point where Survivor started to fall from its peak atop reality TV. The "battle of the sexes" format doesn't work as well as it did in the Amazon, and this season's strategy just boiled down to "who won the Immunity Challenge." Naye745: 16 - the Chris Daugherty revenge tour was a blast - this might have been the most dramatic and unlikely season win at the time it aired. but a lot of the pre-merge was pretty bad and slow. 16th seems about right for a season that was great at its best but not consistently so. BCT: 18 - The definition of an average Survivor season. A great winner in Chris Daugherty, Eliza Orlins, a memorable villain in Ami, and a few great moments, but nothing else really sticks out in any department. Everything is just average, hence why its in the middle!
