So if you are trying for some kind of 1 mana malygos plays you can't guarantee he gets the buff. And in some kind of minion based deck (low spell elemental mage) you end up not going off until turn 8 at the earliest? And that's after 7 mana do nothing on 7? And then the only way you get more than 1 discount to the board is if you saved your card draw spells. The same spells that could cause you to discard pocket galaxy if you played them before you draw it. Can 1 mana minions be powerful? Of course.
