I think his main point was that the bombs essentially give the next Magnetic minion you play Charge. I don't know if that makes it worth it to just play Goblin Bomb itself, but everything else seems potentially powerful. Slapping a Spider Bomb, Venomizer, or even Zilliax on residual bombs seems good.
