Off the top of my head I roll 70 Duration 130 Efficiency 200-250 Range 130-200 Strength If you're doing a mission with lvl 1-30 enemies, a 150-200 str Miasma will be good enough to nuke everything. If you want to spore everything at those levels you'll have to go 130ish str so that spores don't kill them outright. Also at that level range you'll want to Spore then Miasma afterwards because enemies affected with Miasma will spread spores on death. When you start hitting the lv50+ range enemies you'll want at least 150 str for your spores. More if you do endless missions and start dipping into the lv100+ range.
