Blastoise, the Legendary Birds, Mew, Ivysaur or Vensaur, Snorlax, Eevee, Gyarados, Alakazam, Ditto, Meowth, etc. could easily be stronger than the next character from anything else. Hell, the only ones that couldn't beat a character like Max Payne would be the ultra-forgettables like Farfetch'd and Tangela. --- Agent Triple Zero at your service!
