If I'm remembering right, doesn't it only play (minor spoilers I guess) ~~at the dance where Squall and Rinoa first meet~~ and then nowhere else? I guess if you really like that scene and Squall/Rinoa in general than sure, but this doesn't strike me as a Whereabouts of Light sort of scenario where it is a motif that plays throughout the game at pivotal moments.
