If i'm an onlooker, and I see someone trying to get into a car and the car alarm is going off it's not unreasonable for someone's first thought being "someone is trying to break into that car" regardless of skin color. yea but I bet he was calm and looked like he had a purpose. he probably wasn't acting like a thief. a thief would not have a key to the door they would smash their way in. and they wouldn't be fiddling with the alarm system cause they can't turn it off. he can. because he knows the password.
