Honestly I didn't do a ton of side quests (just the ones tied to the main quest like the assassination and picking the Skellig monarch) so I'll have plenty to look out for next time. Even with just focusing on the base game and the DLCs it took me over 2 weeks and several dozen hours to finish. I love it You missed out on a lot of good stuff. Unlike most other RPG games, TW3 side-quests are really creatitive and not repetitive at all. Except for contract that get repetitive at some point. On my second playthrough I completed everything. Including getting all the gwent cards (you should check out the standalone game if you're interested in gwent) and clearing every question mark, even in Skellige.
