The claim came with less than 3 minutes left in the day, and let's not forget that Tony wasn't even on the 5tar lynch, he was on Ashe. If he wanted to "seal the deal" as you put it, he would have just followed up the remark with a vote. I'm not saying it was a conclusively town thing to have said. But it was not a thing he would have said as scum, and thus he is town. At least that's my take. If he thought it was an actual thing, then why didn't he vote him with the comment?
