BUT I don't see scum Tony using that IN THAT SITUATION to make that remark. The claim came with less than 3 minutes left in the day, and let's not forget that Tony wasn't even on the 5tar lynch, he was on Ashe. If he wanted to "seal the deal" as you put it, he would have just followed up the remark with a vote. I'm not saying it was a conclusively town thing to have said.
