Yeah I just finished doing a loop of the chapter 2 cities just for stealing and shopping and uh, holy mother of god that's a massive power jump. Cyrus in particular feels like he's flat out breaking the game at this point lol I do wonder if steal-scumming is a little bit too good in this game. Like, obviously you don't have to do it but the insane power gain you get from doing so will naturally make most people want to do it.
