A Hugger was just a Prosty with 'Hug' instead of 'Slept with' but without the self-confirmation of the target getting a "you have been slept with".
And a Dizzy was a role that change the target of your target to a random person. Similar to a bus driver..

Given 5tar literally claimed that power like 30 seconds before he died we kind of already figured that one once he flipped town.
And yes, renamed roles with no explanation at all are one of the worst things you can put into a mafia game. It makes the game virtually impossible to understand.
Also Dizzy is "Scrambler", then.
I had never seen a scrambler before I thought I made it up so I didn't think it was fair to explain. We can discuss more post game. ---
