The only thing I don't get with this is that if a kid breaks the law they get sent to juvenile hall and are separated from their parents If an adult breaks the law they go to jail and are separated from their kids Why is this any different Because in this case the kid is innocent ant being punished. The parent is sent to prison and the child goes to a holding center that abuses the kids What is the solution then? It is NO different from when the parents go to jail for committing the crime.
