| Perascamin 07/22/18 4:55:59 AM #28: | Gay people are having sex more regularly than straight people or dating because their relationships inherently require less commitment. A woman needs to be able to trust a man and believe that he's not going to hurt her or take advantage of her when she strips down for him and gives herself up to him. 90%+ of the time, a man is physically stronger than a woman and if she lets herself be vulnerable for the wrong person, it could end badly for her. A man knows that when engaging a woman, he runs the risk of making her pregnant and being responsible for a child he didn't mean to conceive. Yes, there's birth control options, but if the rest of the people I know from High School have taught me anything it's that they don't take precautions and would rather pull out and hope for the best because they think with one head before the other. Men and Women seeking a sexual partner are also usually looking for that partner to be their companion in all things, and naturally requires more commitment and trust. Because of this, it takes much longer for men and women to court one another and become a relationship. Gays/Lesbians on the other hand only run the risk of an STD or STI when looking for a sexual partner, and since most people don't have one, their relationships can form on the fly or within days. There's no risk of having babies or accidently creating a family, so there relationships inherently require less trust and commitment. --- I've grown. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
