If it's something from a few years before they even started the job, then no, not fair. - Whether their profile has any links to the business. If their profile states "Employed at ______", then that could justify it. Whereas if it's on an anonymous page, or their profile has no links whatsoever to the business, then not so justified. - How serious the post is. A post calling for the extermination of a race could justify it, while a pun on a racial slur posted just for the humor definitely doesn't. (Using two extremes here, but you get the point.) --- ...
